What qualifies me to do this?
I have extensive experience of taking businesses through start-up, growth and sale. I’ve been a founder, a hands-on director and non-executive director. All many times. I’m an independent director of employee-owned businesses and I’ve guided directors to employee ownership of their business. I’ve learnt what's likely to work and what isn’t.
I’m a chartered accountant (KPMG) have an MBA (Warwick Business School, specialising in marketing) and co-wrote ‘Finance on a Beermat’ the best-selling book on finance for entrepreneurs.
